   • Mind Body Profiling (Dosha Assessment) is an educative and enlightening experience focused on understanding one’s mind and body type, understanding imbalances, and finding a natural solution to achieve balance by being proactive, self-consciousness and aware. Knowing your Dosha will allow one to understand his current state of health and take early steps & interventions to prevent imbalances and health challenges.
