We started in 1998 - Malaysia's economy reeling from financial crisis - and chose to bet on human potential when others bet on hard assets. Twenty-eight years later, that bet has compounded. 1,500+ organisations served. Four countries of operation. Three economic cycles weathered. A digital transformation absorbed. Established by international professionals from Malaysia, Japan, and the United States - through the Asian financial crisis - with a vision to transform workforce development on Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
